That's not how we do things.
This work is personal for us.
Jeff spent years in HVAC watching what a properly sealed crawlspace could do for a home — cleaner air, lower humidity, floors that lasted. When his wife was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, he went deep on indoor air quality. What he learned changed how he looked at every home he walked into.
Then he spent time selling crawlspace solutions for one of the big national companies. He was good at it. But the further he got into it, the harder it got to hand a homeowner a number that was two or three times what the job actually needed to cost.
So he left. Called Chris — his friend since fourth grade — and they started My Guys out of a Prius with the seats folded down.
That's the why behind every job we take.
We believe most crawlspace problems are being oversold by companies with massive overhead and targets to hit. We believe a homeowner who fully understands what's wrong and why — and what it'll cost and why — will make a good decision. We don't need to pressure anyone.
We believe in showing up on time, answering the phone, giving honest quotes, and finishing what we start. We know that sounds like the bare minimum. In this industry, it's apparently a differentiator.
And we believe the work only matters if it's done right. You've got the owners of this company on your job. That doesn't change.
You'll know what's happening every step of the way.
We want to be your guys.
Not just for the crawlspace. For the ceiling fan, the weird outlet, the floor that's been squeaking for two years. For whatever comes up. We built this business so that when something goes wrong with your home, you've already got someone to call — someone you trust, someone who picks up.
That's the whole idea.
If that sounds like what you've been looking for, we'd love to come take a look.
